Olivia is an Account Executive at Motion PR, representing several clients of the digital, entertainment, consumer, healthcare and lifestyle sectors, including DEG Digital, Techweek and Feld Entertainment, among others.
Prior to joining Motion PR, Olivia represented several top restaurant and hospitality clients in Chicago, including a hotel property, restaurant group, non-profit organization, catering company, and more, securing meaningful local and national editorial placements in publications ranging from Chicago Tribune and RedEye to Men’s Journal, Forbes, and FSR Magazine. With experience in event management, launching several successful restaurant opening campaigns, and collaborating with top influencers across the city, Olivia brings her enthusiasm for media relations to the Motion PR team.
A Baltimore native turned Chicagoan, Olivia fell in the love with the city during her undergraduate career at Loyola University Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations. In her free time, you can catch Olivia (or “Liv”) in search mode for her favorite new restaurant in Chicago or spending time with her puppies, Marvin and Frankie, around her Rogers Park neighborhood.

Why did you go into PR? Public relations is a flexible field that allows you to work on a variety of projects. Writing, event execution, communication, problem solving–it’s always fun to be able to test yourself wearing so many different hats.
Favorite app? Postmates (so I can have Jeni’s Brambleberry Crisp and Sweet Cream ice cream, always).
Alternative job? If I were good at anything science-related, dentistry.
Best advice you’ve ever received? It’s PR, not ER.
